What this website collects, why, who handles it for us, how long we keep it, and how to reach us about it. It covers impossibuild.ai and its Start a conversation form, not Singular or Innstance, which are separate services.
Who we are
IMPOSSIBUILD is operated by Carrauntoohil Inc., which decides how the information described here is used (the controller). Write to us about anything in this notice at contact@impossibuild.ai.
What we collect when you send an inquiry
Nothing reaches us until you choose Send to our team. Then we receive what you entered:
- what brings you here (the offer you chose);
- what is blocked, in your words;
- your company’s name and website;
- your name and work email;
- anything else you chose to add.
The form also sends where your visit came from, so we can tell which pages and links bring inquiries: the campaign tags in the link you followed (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content), the site that sent you if your browser shares it, and the first page you opened here.
To keep the form free of automated spam, our form server stores a one-way hash of your IP address with the inquiry and refuses more than a few inquiries an hour from the same address. The hash is made with a secret key, so it does not reveal the address.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and follow up on your inquiry. These are steps you asked us to take, and answering business inquiries is our legitimate interest.
- To see which pages and campaigns lead to inquiries (the source details above), so we know what is useful. This is our legitimate interest.
- To keep the form working and free of abuse (the IP hash). This is our legitimate interest.
We do not sell your details, and we do not use what you send us for advertising.
Who handles it for us
- Vercel hosts this website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address and browser details to deliver the pages and keep the site secure.
- Supabase runs the form server and the database where inquiries are stored.
- Telegram carries an alert about each new inquiry to a private group of the team that answers them. The alert includes your company, its website, the offer you chose, what is blocked, your name, your email and where your visit came from (part 2).
- Google Analytics measures how the site is used (part 6).
These providers may store or process data in countries other than yours. We pass your details to no one else unless the law requires it.
What is kept in your browser
ib-consent(local storage): your analytics choice, until you clear it.ib-intake-draft(session storage): answers you have not sent yet, so a reload does not lose them. Removed when you send the inquiry or close the tab. It never leaves your browser on its own.ib-source(session storage): where this visit came from (part 2). Where this site asks for your analytics choice (part 6), it is stored only once you allow it. Removed when you close the tab.ib-squashandib-cursor(session storage): small technical notes for the page change and the pointer marker. They hold nothing about you.- Google Analytics cookies (
_gaand_ga_followed by an ID), only when analytics storage is on (part 6).
Analytics, and your choice
We use Google Analytics 4 to count page views and to see which links and steps people use: for example, that a “Start a conversation” button was clicked, which step of the form was reached, and whether an inquiry was sent. It never receives what you type into the form. It runs only on impossibuild.ai.
In Europe (the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and the rest of Europe), Google Analytics stores nothing on your device unless you allow it, and the site asks you first; until then Google receives only signals without cookies or identifiers. Elsewhere it is on by default and sets its cookies to tell visits apart. Its advertising features are off for everyone: the site tells Google that no advertising storage, advertising use of your data or ad personalization is allowed, and Google signals are turned off. You can change your choice here at any time; declining also removes its cookies from this site.
How Google uses this information: Google’s explanation (opens in a new tab).
How long we keep it
- Inquiries are kept for up to 24 months after you send them, then deleted. Ask us, and we will delete yours sooner.
- Team alerts stay in the team’s private Telegram group until the team deletes them.
- Google Analytics keeps its event data for the period set in our account, at most 14 months.
- Hosting and server logs are kept by our providers for the short periods their services set.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. You can withdraw your analytics consent at any time in part 6. Write to contact@impossibuild.ai and we will reply within one month. If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
This site is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect their details.
