Using this site
You are welcome to read, link to and share the site’s pages. Please do not try to break, overload or get around its security, copy it automatically at a rate that slows it for others, or use the Start a conversation form to send spam or anything unlawful.
Information, not advice or an offer
The site describes what we do. It is general information, not professional advice and not an offer that can be accepted. We keep it as accurate as we can, but it may contain mistakes or describe something that has since changed.
Inquiries and engagements
Sending an inquiry does not create a contract or commit either side. Any work we do together, whether a Growth Audit, a Build Sprint, Market Entry or anything else, is set out in a separate written agreement, and that agreement governs it.
Singular and Innstance
Singular and Innstance are separate services with their own sign-up. These terms cover this website only, not your use of either product.
Names and content
The text, design, drawings and code of this site belong to us or to those who licensed them to us. The names of other companies and their models, such as Alibaba Cloud, OpenAI or Anthropic, belong to their owners and appear only to describe what we carry or work with.
Links to other sites
Links to sites we do not run are there for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or how they handle your information.
Liability
We provide this site as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or relying on it. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

How we handle information, including what the Start a conversation form collects, is set out in the privacy notice.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; using the site after a change means you accept the new version.
